I took a video with the device and then transfered the video to my pc. When played in Windows Media Player 11 the video plays but there is no audio. I tried RealPlayer and Quicktime and they won't even play the video. I also downloaded the 3ivx decoder and it still didn't work. Can anyone help.

Quicktime Pro can't work with muxed files, for reasons best known to itself it will play them but not edit them. For MPEG, the solution is to use MPEG Streamclip and choose Use ffmpegx to convert the AVI to AIFF (ie. no video) 2. The AVI up in Quicktime Pro and save as .mov. Original muxed audio now lost. 3.
